My first and favorite-est condiment has to be csigi's Salubrious Savina Chili Sauce. Unlike other sauces of this Scoville measure, this chili sauce has a uniquely coarse texture and a balance of flavors that develop well on the palate and run the gamut, being ever so slightly sweet and smokey with a hit of habanero-like citrus flavor.
Watch this sauce, kids. The absolute heat sneaks up on you and doesn't let go too easily. Using just a few drops in something a bit sweeter creates a winning combo. That's why I like the Mango Coconut Pepper Sauce from the Tropical Pepper Company. It balances perfectly with the csigi chili sauce and rounds out the flavors. This dynamic duo is perfectly complemented with a few sprigs of fresh cilantro (chopped) and can be used as a marinade, finishing, or dipping sauce. Use it on/in fish, chicken, or cheese dishes and you won't be disappointed.

I hope you're wearing gloves when you handle the peppers.
I'm growing habaneros in my garden. The plant is full of immature peppers and they best hurry up. Frost is coming. Truth: I have a friend who grows habs every year [by the bushels] and his peppers weather light frost well. He swears that the frost actually makes the peppers hotter. We shall see how I do with them.
Hopefully I can keep the plant alive, it is still puting up shoots so even more naga next year, but it was good value £ 5 (($2.50)) for the plant for a years supply of peppers!
Yes I use gloves and oil my hands, same as I do at work when I make up a 'lovely' tear gas standard mix, Pure capasicin dihydro capasian CS and some other nasty things. I deal with some nice things for work.
As for your work stuffs: I'lll stop at the Pure cap. eeek! that's nasty stuff.
